Who We're Looking For
Interest in IPSO (Information-Psychological Operations) — not just theory, but applied understanding
Background or strong interest in psychology, sociology, or behavioral science
OSINT skills are highly desirable — collection, analysis, attribution
Analytical thinking and the ability to work with ambiguous information
Discretion is the ultimate currency. We don't just process data; we shape the narrative of resilience.
Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team

Citizenship & Eligibility
Primary requirement: citizenship of Ukraine. However, we are open to considering unique cases — specialists from the EU, USA, and other allied nations who possess rare and relevant expertise. Applicants from the Russian Federation will not be considered under any circumstances.
